New Brunswick Emergency Medical Services (NB EMS) manages land and air ambulance services throughout New Brunswick on behalf of Ambulance New Brunswick.

NB EMS works closely with the Department of Health and Health Emergency Management Services to provide high-quality pre-hospital care for the people of New Brunswick.

NB EMS manages a fleet of approximately 134 ambulances and system vehicles and responds to over 108,000 calls annually.   NB EMS employs and manages approximately 1000 people and has over 80 stations and posts and 2 Fleet Maintenance Centre (Moncton and Fredericton).
